Fr Roger Wharton was ordained in Wisconsin in 1976 and has served congregations in Wisconsin, New York, and Alaska before coming to the SF Bay Area. Here he has served as associate and supply priest for many years. He was the Episcopal Campus Minister at SJSU for 14 years. Chaplain Roger currently is in his 23rd year as a Hospice Chaplain. Happily he was called to be the part-time Interim Parish Priest at Good Samaritan Church in November of 2022 and looks forward to meeting you.
